The Acanthus plant lends itself to all sorts of design and particularly embroidery. Here it winds naturally up the bellpull. By stitching a rounded or curved end it is possible to make an elegant curtain tie back. The dark background is not printed on the canvas and the choice of the blue or dark grey is optional.
