Needlepoint kit for cushion
This very simple and pretty design is inspired by a William De Morgan tile. The arrangement of two flower heads and leaves appears frequently on his tiles with the actual flowers and colouring changing from tile to tile.
It is printed on rug canvas (7/8 gauge), so you will see the flowers grow satisfyingly quickly. The canvas is printed in 11 colours, and is stitched using Cross stitch. This helps to keep the canvas in shape while you stitch, making stretching easier.
The result can be made into a pretty little cushion, ideal for the small of the back.
