DELIVERY SERVICES UPDATE

The UK is in its third lockdown due to the pandemic, and with it comes inevitable repercussions on both supply and despatch of our kits. There has also been a huge surge in demand, as so many of you have more time to stitch!

We are working as hard as we can to get the orders out, and are fully aware of how frustrating any delay must be, but we thank you for your continued patience whilst awaiting your orders. Rest assured we will despatch as soon as we can.

Our own turnaround is about 10 days to 3 weeks, depending on stock, but the delivery services are highly variable. Some international packages are taking as long as 2 months to arrive, while others have arrived on time.

We have now added the option of Tracked delivery for some countries, including Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan. If available, this can be chosen during checkout under the heading 'Shipping method'.
