We are still sending out kits as fast as we can, but have had some customers concerned that their order hasn't arrived.

Our own turnaround is about 10 days to 3 weeks, depending on stock, but the delivery services are highly variable. Some international packages are taking as long as 2 months to arrive, while others have arrived on time.

We have now added the option of Tracked delivery for some countries, including Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan. If available, this can be chosen during checkout under the heading 'Shipping method'.

For those who are still waiting, I know how frustrating this can be. Thank you for your continued patience, and let's hope the postal services get back to normal soon.

With people confined to home due to the coronavirus, there is no better time to start a needlepoint project and we are desperately trying to get your orders out and help those new to this wonderful hobby.

I have also loved hearing from you with your stories, messages of support and photographs and am so sorry that I am not always able respond as quickly as I would like. I know how frustrating it must be to wait for a kit, particularly when stuck at home but we, and the lovely people at Appletons, and our other suppliers, couriers and postal service are working flat out to keep any delay to a minimum.
