We only have small stocks of some kits, and some take longer to make up - so please feel free to contact us to check availability before you order.

You can still place orders while we are closed, and they will be sent out in the New Year. Gift cards can be purchased any time, as they are sent immediately by email.

We are pleased to announce 2 new kits available from today:

Marquetry 
This is a form that I think works beautifully in needlepoint. The colours are gentle and the stitching simple as there is no shading, just the security of filling in one pretty curved shape after another. I felt that we are perhaps in need of the relaxation that this offers.

Stressbusters
This idea came from the realisation of the genuine comfort stitching has brought recently. There are times when we just need to do something with our hands which is not taxing - in effect just 'doodle'.

The kits come in a choice of 4 colourways, and include a small canvas, wools, needle and instructions for beginners on how to stitch.They are an excellent introduction to needlepoint, and might make an interesting stocking filler this Christmas.

We are delighted to announce that 2 new kits are ready at last.

Both are additions to the Acanthus & Birds collection, Beth's most recent adaptation of a William Morris design. The wall hanging is now joined by a cushion featuring the 2 peacocks and a large version of the whole design, mirrored to create a spectacular rug or wall hanging.

This little cushion makes rather a strong statement in any room.

It features the mythical peacocks and sweeping acanthus leaves very slightly simplified, on canvas large enough to cover a stool.

This is a chance to show the original Acanthus & Birds bigger and bolder than ever before. Mirrored and stitched in cross stitch on rug canvas, it demonstrates the design at its very best.

Created for the stitcher who likes a challenge, it is a hugely satisfying project but we only have a very limited few kits immediately available.
