We have had to remove the option of cheaper shipping for European deliveries, and are now offering Tracked Delivery only.

This is because of delays at the EU border since Brexit, and customers understandably wanting to know where their parcel is.

We hope this is a temporary state of affairs, and we can re-instate the shipping options soon.

The UK is in its third lockdown due to the pandemic, and with it comes inevitable repercussions on both supply and despatch of our kits. There has also been a huge surge in demand, as so many of you have more time to stitch!

Last February we announced our first price increase in many years. However, the pandemic has meant we have been too busy to work out the new prices until now. So from today, most of our kit prices have increased to cover the rising cost of materials.

Our website can now display prices and take payments in several currencies. Please select your currency using the drop-down box at the top of the page.

Paypal charges
If you check out with Paypal in a currency other than UK pounds, conversion charges will be added to your total. This is part of the Paypal system, and is unfortunately beyond our control. However, you can avoid the charge by switching to £ GBP before entering the checkout.

We will be closed from midnight December 17th until January 4th, with our last posting day being December 18th.

If you need a kit before Christmas, please order as early as possible to give us the best opportunity to send your order in time. We only have small stocks of some kits, and some take longer to make up - so please feel free to ring us on +44 (0)207 798 8151 to check availablilty before you order.

You can still place orders while we are closed, and they will be sent out in the New Year. Gift cards can be purchased any time, as they are sent immediately by email.
